Identify / Develop new Client Services - Increased service revenue and provided differentiating service portfolios for global leaders. Launched IP/Data Networking Professional Services, for Siemens, worth £250k; a portfolio of non-geographic (0800) services; and grew the network carrier service business from £8.6 to £17M. Service development career started with the release of 6 new data network consultancy services - a program highly commended by NCR's Managing Director and applauded by the Board.
Strategic Market Planning - Most recently, presented a focused strategic marketing communications plan incorporating innovative approaches and "new thinking" to help a technology consulting firm extend its reach to market and generate new business. Developed and led corporate marketing functions for NCR's Education & Training Division and StairMaster - delivering strategies focused on core business and financial objectives. Deliverables included strategic market planning, introduction of market budgeting and campaign performance measurement - achieving above average response rates for NCR and increased industry recognition for Stairmaster. Service product development projects, for other clients, included market research, establishing business case, concept testing, product launch and all marketing: pricing, packaging, promotion, branding, channels to market, alliances, and sales training.
Service Operations Improvement - Inspired cultural change, at Siemens, through the development of a company-wide sales process for Voice over IP (VoIP), enabling volume business with managed risk. Also at Siemens, defined a carrier-supplier strategy, championed supplier negotiations worth £2.5M annual savings, improved Siemens decision making with a supplier selection process, and lead Client/Supplier process improvement workshops resulting in improved partnerships with C&W, Concert, BT and Energis. Most recent global business process project improved Vodafone's roaming network operations, change management reporting and inter-operating company communication through the deployment of common processes for simultaneous notification of critical network information - also improving management of customer expectation.
An international marketer relocated to the USA, Dee services the B2B market primarily in technology and professional business services sectors. Dee has over 18 years marketing experience, gaining her Professional Diploma in Management from the United Kingdom's Open University, Open Business School in 1991, and her Diploma in Marketing Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing the same year.
