Dee improves her clients’ marketing performance and sales revenue through strategic planning, product development and business process improvements; primarily for companies who offer business-to-business services in technology, telecommunication and health and wellness industry sectors. Since 2004 her marketing business has been identifying new sources of revenue and bringing ideas for new service products to life. Service Operations Improvement - Managed cultural transformation and exceeded expectations as a Siemens Product Manager for a complex technology service (SMNS) –defined Siemens carrier-supplier strategy, championed supplier negotiations worth £2.5M annual savings, improved Siemens decision making with a supplier selection process, and lead Client/Supplier process improvement workshops resulting in improved partnerships with tier-1 providers BT and C&W; then inspired cultural change at Siemens through the development of a company-wide sales process for VoIP. Improved Vodafone’s roaming network operations, change management reporting, inter-operating company communication and improved management of customer expectation through the global deployment of common processes for simultaneous notification of critical network information. Most recently, improved financial tracking for a premier metal foundry and enabled improved operations and parent-subsidiary relations through end-to-end business process mapping and documentation.
An international marketer relocated to the USA, Dee services the B2B market primarily in technology and professional business services sectors. Dee has over 20 years marketing experience, gaining her Professional Diploma in Management from the United Kingdom's Open University, Open Business School in 1991, and in the same year her Diploma in Marketing Management from the United Kingdom’s most stringent professional marketing body, the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
